Yes, it is easy to use. But, with only Yes" or "No" options for value and durability, only time will tell. It is lightly constructed and designed to fold compactly, both beneficial but risk exposure to damage. Handle the oven with care and it should last. I've taken to storing it on top of our refrigerator where it is relatively safe and light enough to not be difficult to lift down every two or three days. The electrical connection is awkwardly located and it would be better if the power cord came with a 90 degree plug at the oven end. I've bought one (only available in black) that eases the cable connection. Enough with the gripes. The proofing oven works perfectly. I bake bread every third day and since getting this oven I've been able to make my dough, proof it twice and bake fresh bread before lunchtime. Previously I'd had to make dough the night before and deal with overnight proofing with inconsistent results. The two loaves pictured below, one whole wheat and the other half wheat and half white, both proofed perfectly and bumped well in the oven, especially when compared to the 'flat bread' I'd bake previously, an example of which is also pictured here.Read full review

IF you make your own bread/pizza dough, this is a fantastic device. Allows you to control rising temperature, and add some humidity to the box to help dough rise in the same conditions every time you bake. This consistency of temperature and humidity is what you need to get consistent quality results.
