Purchased an item but received a cheap imitation and was not the advertised item, the seller will not give me the item I purchased.i have messaged them multiple times over 2 months to no avail. They say the item is not in stock but I have checked and it is. When I messaged them as to when I'd get the item , they said it is out of stock all of a sudden and the advertised item is now out of stock. Would not recommend buying from this seller , they are dishonest.

It didn’t come in advertised box and missing the cover all that was delivered was ball and pump in a plastic bag . Seller messaged and told to send back for a refund . Has to pay $19 to post back and that was 2 weeks ago. Still no refund. Request immediate refund not happy $150 out of pocket
