These binoculars are not functional as described in the ad - they do NOT magnify by 3x. To put it simply, they are just for show. I paid nearly $40 in postage to return these and the seller is saying they still haven't received the item yet, which was posted over 2 weeks ago. After posting the item the seller came back to me and offered a "discount" on the product which I rejected as I have returned the items in the hopes for a full refund. All-in-all, a bad shopping experience with this seller.
