This seller is a rock star. He had the meter in the mail the very next day. The meter was packaged In the sealed original box. That box was then covered with bubble wrap and put in a second box. the seller takes the time to make sure things are packaged properly. The listing stated this was an open box item. The meter appeared to be still wrapped in the original plastic wrap. This leads me to believe this is a brand new unopened meter. Which was more than I was expecting.
