Great Media Seperator
This is an awesome piece of equipment to have, if you reload. I have used this several times since purchasing this item. It separates the media from your brass in No time at all. I used to have to take each piece of brass and turn it upside down to remove any extra media, even after using my other separator (the older kind that just sat on a bucket and you shook it to remove media). This makes case prep so much easier. Just dump the brass and media from your tumbler into the basket and spin it a few times, and you are done. Grab your brass and reload. Easy as 1,2,3. Seriously, that's all there is to it!This is an awesome piece of equipment to have, if you reload. I have used this several times since purchasing this item. Broke before I even had a chance to use it.
I really had high hopes for this product to separate my media pins from my brass after wet toumbling in my Frankfort wet toumbler (which is a GREAT product!) The plastic 'hinges' that clamp to a bucket broke before I even got them on the bucket. I was very gentle trying to installl them but the first one didn't even come close to making in on before breaking the tab off. The second one cracked but managed to go on. I still wanted to try the method so I had my GF attempt to hold the broken side while I turned the basket of 9mm brass and stainless pins. I will say that after 10-15 turns nearly every last pin was dumped from my brass so the method is good but the parts are just not made well. Almost a good deal
While attaching this to a bucket, both of the cheaply made brackets that supports the tumbler just broke That makes the whole thing worthless, unless you modify those parts. I either have to find a way to make the broken pieces work or just cut some notches in the top of the bucket. Otherwise this would have been a good product at a reasonable price.

Sifter/cleaner
I have to agree with all the others about the plastic clips breaking. After reading other reviews I was very careful and gentle with the shields that connect to the bucket and as soon as I pushed the clip down it broke. I have also not 'locked' the primary side clips onto the bucket but I can see how they too would break. I have only pushed them down 1/2 way and slowly turn the separator to make sure the clips don't break. With out the clips this would be pretty useless. With the clips it is a huge time saver and actually sifts the media out very well and quickly. I have yet to see another sifter function like this and for the price it is worth the money and I would buy again. Perhaps a better way to speak of the quality is the sifter is great, the attachments need significant ... I have to agree with all the others about the plastic clips breaking.
