    Great for Temporary Connections

    Wago connectors seem well made. They let you add and/or remove wires individually, which is a big improvement over conventional wire nuts. The connection of each individual wire is more positive than simply twisting wire together and screwing on a wire nut, especially with wires aof different sizes or types. The levers are very stiff to open at first. I was afraid I might break it if I pulled too hard, but it didn't. It opens easy after a wire is in place. The connector is somewhat bigger than a conical wire nut and might reduce how many wires you can stuff into a junction box. They are also more expensive, but more secure.

    Outstanding wire connectors!

    I first heard about the Wago system on the "bigclivedotcom" YouTube channel, but a quick search will show many hits. I mostly use these level-style connectors around my shop for temporary connections. They hold the wire (or wires) very securely both mechanically and electrically.

    Twist-on Wire Nuts Are So 20th Century!!!

    These are so much better than twist-on wire nuts because they work on a very wide range of wire sizes, and grip the wires very tightly. And they're UL listed for grounding and bonding, too, so no more crimping wires together either.
