Paket angeblich verschickt, aber es existiert nur eine Ankündigung, d.h. Paket hat die Post nie erreicht. Auf Nachfrage wird Paket angeblich neu versendet, wird aber auch nicht gemacht. Bei der weiteren Nachfrage wird Bestellung einfach storniert und das Geld zurücküberwiesen. Kein kundenfreundliches Verhalten.

Sie haben vergessen zu erwähnen, dass Sie uns versucht haben zu erpressen, daraufhin haben wir den Kauf storniert und den Kunden gesperrt.

Wenn in Ihren Augen zwei Hinweise, dass beim Kunden die Handwerker terminiert sind, eine Erpressung darstellen, dann muss das Deutsche Recht neu überdacht werden. Sie brauchten mich auch nicht zu sperren, da Ihre Preise hier deutlich überteuert sind, man kann das ja vergleichen. Abschließend ist Ihre Ironie und Selbstbeweihräucherung (Wir geben uns trotzdem 5 Sterne) nicht zieführend im Umgang mit Kunden, man sieht dies ja an Ihren negativen und neutralen Bewertungen.
