Placemats were FOLDED up and posted instead of being rolled. As a result they arrived with creases in them that after weeks lying flat haven’t gone away. Items are permanently creased. Complained to the seller who eventually offered a $10 partial refund, which I should have refused. They seemed completely oblivious to their poor packaging standards. Sadly very disappointed.
