Shipping, packaging, jacket condition were all good. The record was marked as NM (near mint) however on side 2 the second track cannot be played (record is faulty) besides the increased surface noise and visible scratches. Due to the record condition it is a neutral purchase experience, however seller offered refund which is appreciated and for this reason review is changed to positive.

Thanks for revising neutral to positive. Unfortunately it's not always possible to detect microscopic groove damage without play grading the entire LP. In such rare cases a full refund including return postage is offered.
