    Why did they discontinue this little gem of a headset?

    Pros: Rides comfortably on, not IN, the ear. Ear loop is padded with soft rubber to prevent slipping Lightweight; sometimes I forget it's on and have to reach up and tap my ear to see if it's there Good range, I can usually get 50 feet from the phone before it starts to disconnect Microphone pickup is very good but is good at cancelling wind/background noise Charges rapidly, charge lasts a really long time (about four times more than my phone battery) Small when folded, can be put in pocket when not in use or prefer not to wear continually Charge indicator very clear - red/purple/blue Cons: Discontinued; any future ones will be at inflated prices due to availability Small size makes it difficult to find sometimes, especially in the dark and in shadows Wandering in and out of range while ...

    It doesn't work properly.

    It didn't hold the charge for any length of time. The sound quality was poor. I had one previously that I used for several years and it was great. I loved the way it fit over the ear and not in it (which I find annoying). The price was great if it had worked properly. In addition the charger itself appeared to be a knockoff and was difficult to insert.

    Only good on 1 phone

    I have bought about 5 of the 720 ear pieces and they all worked great from stores and were new in box, and they work on 2 phones, my work and personal phone and also tell you the battery level, when I bought these 3 none of them hook up to 2 phones and neither one tells you the battery level, didn't even come with a wall charger only usb cable, wouldn't recommend to no one, unless you only use it on 1 phone and you don't care if it is fully charged or part way until it dies on you where the other ones I have tell you battery level low, medium, or high. They sure didn't tell me in the ad bout that, thanks Gary

    Not 100% Reliable

    I found that this old version Motorola bluetooth is still useful but this particular one has not been 100% reliable. Frequently stops working, battery dead perhaps, but no warning, and always when I need it.
