Item was bent on the side which I admit was maybe hard (but not impossible) to notice until it was opened. But it obviously wasn’t the item in the picture. I contacted and seller offered a partial refund. A nice offer which I accepted. Seller said they would send it next day. But two days passed and I had not heard back. I had to contact them again and they said they got sidetracked and sent it then. Not a bad experience, but not the best. I just wanted to be honest.

the album is new and sealed as promised the item in the picture was the one that was sent. yes you did contact me Feb 5th after hours i told you i would refund you on Feb 6th a partial refund. yes this was on the back of my mind as i was not at a computer and had other issues to attend to. i sent you a refund on Feb 7th first thing it was only 1 day that had passed since you first messaged me.

I don't see how what I said in my feedback is any different from your reply, with the exception of the fact that you did not mention that I had to contact you two days after you offered the refund because you didn't follow through. As I said in your request to revise, my account of the transaction was honest, and I do not believe a buyer should have to spend this much time on a transaction, especially to follow up on a seller's word or promise. Transaction was okay, not positive. Neutral.

Pretty good sound, and under a hundred bucks.
I like the physical size (not too large or small), and while not an extreme “thumper” by any means, it has a good bass sound if you don’t max out the volume. You’ll experience a slight bit of distortion if you do. It’s also what I consider a pretty good value, as I got mine for under a hundred dollars (US). I guess my biggest gripe (if you want to call it that) is I feed this thing with my iPhone’s various apps. My phone has a little battery feature that tells how much juice is left in the phone, as well as whatever is paired with it. For some strange reason, this speaker, while it pairs easily, and functions flawlessly, will NOT show up on my phones screen to let me know how much battery power remains in my speaker, which ultimately leads to the thing shutting down while you’re listening ... Not bad but not the best.
Product functioned as intended. In terms of sound quality, JBL could have done better. Bass is heavy even with the bass boost feature disabled. The mids and highs are not well defined and seem weak. There are better speakers with a similar price tag.

The packaging was absolutely exquisite and so beautiful I would feel too guilty to throw it away. Besides it has a magnetic closure and the box is sturdy enough it will make a great place to store the machine. The speaker itself is that of a work of art with tasteful attention to detail and an obvious rugged heavy construction. LED lights highlight some of the buttons and status. The sound..... Oh the sound! Yes it brings back memories of boom boxes of the 90s but with MORE performance! If you are not familiar with these and heard one playing in another room you would expect to walk in to see a full size stereo. The bass is deep and rich with a surprising range for the size. The ...
