Synopsis
Few tears fall when rich, spiteful old Mathilda Gillespie's bloody corpse is found her bathtub, her wrists slit and the ancient scold's bridle clamped on her head. It seems Mathilda's favorite heirloom was also an instrument of torture form the Middle Ages, an iron cage used to gag yapping women. Among the Dorset villagers, only Sarah Blakeney, Mathilda's doctor for her final year, seems even mildly disturbed that the miserable nag has been muzzled forever. But suicide starts to look like homicide, and Sarah's sorrow seems a bit contrived when the bombshell drops that Mathilda has disinherited her daughter and granddaughter, leaving her entire fortune to Sarah. Now the object of vicious gossip and the police's prime suspect in a brutal murder, Sarah must prove her innocence by delving into Mathilda's past to unmask the real killer.

Excellent communication with top tier customer service. I was given an option of hardback or softback books to purchase and told exactly how long each one would take. Upon making my selection I was informed about what that particular type would entail, quality condition, and it was shipped almost right away. The package arrived in good shape, all of the books had all of their pages, exactly as promised. I am very thankful for a wonderful customer experience with this seller. 10/10.

Main set has arrived safely and sound. Per our conversation, the single from a 3rd source has not yet arrived. Items are as described, good condition, clean. Very happy with communication and quality. As per third photo, do you by any chance have The Black Stallion's Shadow and The Black Stallion's Steeple-Chaser? If so, I would be interested in acquiring those from you, also.

One book was missing from my package and the seller overnighted the missing book to me. Fast service. There were some hardcover and softcover books mixed which was described in the description. The books were in good condition- some were a little worn. Buying the whole lot was about the same price as buying individually but it saved me time from looking at all the listings. I’d buy from this seller again.
