Wanted to cancel as it was the wrong purchase and the seller tried to follow up the warehouse, but unfortunately didn't make it in time. The product itself is nice and comfortable, but the courier dropped it off at the neighbour's porch instead of mine. Was fortunately able to get it, but I don't like that they left it and signed for me even though I asked them not to leave it without a signature from me. All in all, product is wonderful. The courier service was the annoying part.

The only negative was the company that delivered the mat, I live in a fenced village & the letterboxes are right near the entrance, my parcel & several others were left at the letterboxes without anyone knowing. It was a resident who saw the parcels when collecting his mail & alerted the office who, in turn, contacted the effected residents. Not good.
