First issue was when trying to ask a simple question about the contents, as it showed a camera in the photos, and didn't explicitly say it didn't come with one. The response was just to copy and paste the description, without answering the question.
Then the postage despite being $16.87, had no tracking. Finally when the item hadn't arrived a week after the latest expected date I contacted and they simply refunded. I still wanted the package. I doubt this is a real store.

Very disappointing, pictures misleading and detailed specifications not delivered. 3 day correspondence with seller and answers back are, the pictures are for reference only?? And still denying that all parts in the specific description are what they're saying is included. Very confusing. Asked for a refund...let's see if they at least get that right! Also, packaging in very poor condition.
