The plastic shipping bag was too small to close securely, and it had popped almost completely open when it arrived. The shoes inside were covered with debris (from the shipping process, I assume). I washed them, they were fine, but I was very disappointed with the way shipping was handled. I contacted the seller, and she was apologetic, hopefully paying better attention in the future.
