I was not able to open the item for one month after delivery, but the security had placed it in my apartment. The item was smashed into 20-30 bits. The packing was not perfect, but the object itself was wrapped and protected but not from breakage. However the cartons were intact and showed no sign of damage. I informed the sender by courtesy. His reaction was simply to suggest that I had broken it.
