The stuffed animal looks brand new! Communication with the seller was great. There was an issue with shipping in Texas but it was not the seller's fault. They sent it ASAP. And when I communicated my concern regarding the shipping they explained there were issues with the USPS facility in Texas. Again it was not the sellers fault. They sent the tracking number and went above and beyond to advise me of the facilities issues, which put my mind at ease and so I knew it was coming.
