Excellent product but the service was even better. The delivery was with Royal Mail and stopped moving at one of their offices. I messaged the company and received a reply almost immediately. The reply was an apology and they said another pump would be dispatched by express delivery and would be with me the next day. The next day by express delivery the pump arrived, brilliant. They did not look for ways to wriggle out of the refund on the return pump.( I had butchered a plastic connection)BRILL
