      Thanks I finally got this handle today. the seller needs to work at finding something other then USPS to mail their packages. I could drive to MS and back in the time this envelope was in MS and TN. 13 days is way too long to get a package across the country when it is only a 4 day drive at most each way.

      For larger size cast iron skillets

      Fits nicely on both of my larger 10 1/2" cast iron skillets, neither one of which happens to be made by Lodge. Would be way too big for a smaller omelette sized one, so check size before ordering.

      Junk, crud and.... see are a pea

      These handles in my opinion are dangerous. They do not fit snugly on either handles. They are slippery. If your holding a 10" Loge Cast Iron fry pan that has a silicone handle on the handle of the pan, its slippery as you know what. They fit loose as a goose and are slippery than a greased hog. The other assist handle is a joke, its about twice the size as the Lodge assist handle. All in all I'm glad I only bought one set to see how they worked out. The one set was a complete waste of money .

      Silicone handle works great

      I was looking for something to fit over the open-handle design of of my tea kettle. Now I can pour from the tea kettle without the bulkiness of the oven mitt I had been using. A really great alternative. Thanks.

      This is way to big for the Lodge any size. Slips all over the place and I have a good strong grip 275 pounds and 6foot 5 inch tall, very dangerious.

      Very dangerous to use. Good idea but not so usable.

      ANYONE WHO HAS USED CAST IRON KNOWS HOW HOT EVERYTHING GETS INCULDING THE HANDLE. I WISH I HAD THOUGHT OF THIS HANDLE COVER MYSELF INSTEAD OF A POT HOLDER./
