    The Sketchers were shipped promptly and are great. I'm dropping one star because the seller ships in a plastic bag and the box arrived damaged. Since it was purchasing the shoes as a gift, this was a problem.

    Dear Buyer, Your order shipped with original box in poly mailer bag that completely different with plastic bag in order to save on shipping if you need to ship your order as inner box inside other box you can ask before order and based on your address you need to pay $15 extra on top of your purchase price, with the price you bought it was my best I can do. Sorry if you are not happy with box but I am sure you are happy with your shoes.
