I did not receive the item I purchased and it was not refunded for it. I have sent 2 msg to the seller with no response. Ebay sent a notice that it would not honor the seller's request to cancel and there was a problem with the refund ? and if not received by May 16 to notify . I have no idea what is going on with this transaction but would certainly like to get my refund since the product is not available from seller. PLEASE let me know what is the problem and when can I expect my refund
