I have bought 4 objects but one of them was burnt. I contacted the seller to receive a partial refund because to return the item I would have paid more than its actual cost and, at the end, they would throw it away because it is unusable (unless they want to send that item to someone else), but they answered me to activate the return procedure through ebay: that's not we usually call "customer care".
