Unfortunately, the item arrived very damaged. However, this was not the fault of the Seller as the shipper did not package the item properly. I followed with the Seller who had purchased insurance for to cover potential shipping damage. The Seller was extremely responsive when I informed him of the problem. He immediately followed with the shipper (UPS) and kept me very informed of progress after filing a claim for a full refund until it was received. He is highly reputable!
