It comes with bolts and a rear gasket thats usable. The front gasket is some round seal looking thing that idk if it woulda worked or not. I reused my original gasket and seems perfect. Overall its a great price and fitment. I would buy it again for the price. I would set some time to the side because you probably going to break the original studs in the cataylic converter. Thanks for the exhaust!
