I love the bag,great price,but I can’t stand when I look hard for a pretty bag and someone folds it over to put in box.its very hard to get the creases out.it should be stuffed to hold its shape.i use paper bags or grocery bags or shopping bags.anything.i don’t think it hurt this one but it is very disappointing.just a little heads up for the future?but I thank you very much for my pretty bag.

I love my purse. You should look very close at the pictures when you are buying anything. There were a few stains on the bag but they were easily cleaned up. Shipping was wonderful shipped from the other side of the country from me and it was $11 and took 5 days. Bought another bag same style just the state below and the seller charged $23. My fault for not paying attention (it was late). This seller was very pleasant to deal with and responded to my questions very quickly.

I tried scrubbing it off and got most of it off but some remains. The picture shows the little bit left on it. I know, it is a smallish blemish and it was a great deal. Just posting the reality.
