This item arrived appearing to be as described "like new" condition, Well packed, Promptly sent. However, it is a complex electronics device which after more than 30 minutes initial trial revealed that it is not performing exactly as it was designed to perform. I told the seller who very graciously and without hesitation offered without further charge prepaid return right. I accepted and it was returned. The seller could not have known about the performance problem and responded superbly.
