A new item as described but I would be wary of purchasing again due to their no returns policy. No returns accepted if the seal on the box is broken. So presumably, I could open the box to find the item faulty, but not be able to return it. Not the best customer service, but thank you. I have not tested it yet as the Mac I purchased has not arrived yet. If I have any difficulty I will let you know.

    Lightweight, easy to use

    I have had amagic mouse for a long time so the experience is not a new one for me. It is easy to use as it is lightweight and smooth. It is also wireless which is very convenient. The difference between this and my previous magic mouse is that it has a rechargeable battery. I used to struggle with opening and closing the battery compartment every time they needed changing, now there is no need, just plug it in to recharge. Full price, this is more expensive than a lot of other products but, to me, it is worth paying the extra.

    Some reservations but overall happy.

    I have probably been a bit harsh on the rating because I am slowly getting used to the behaviour of this mouse. It doesn't sit comfortably in my hand and I often right click when a left click is intended. Having said that, I love the non-mechanical scrolling that I use frequently. In the past, there appeared to be price fixing and I would not have bought at that price but buying at the price I did, I am overall pleased with my purchase. The charging of the mouse which has often received negative reviews is absolutely no problem whatsoever.

    Good product, received in rather pared back form

    I bought a second-hand mouse as I was getting fed up of my old Apple mouse (in fact that was the second one I had, the first stopped working and the second I was getting fed up of having to replace the AA batteries on a regular basis). Much prefer the idea of rechargeable having recently also got a rechargeable apple keyboard. I was a little surprised to receive my muse simply wrapped in bible wraps and without a cable too charge it. Fortunately the same cable that charges my keyboard also fits the mouse otherwise I would have been stuck having to buy a separate cable.

    Excellent engineering but some design flaws

    Technically-this is an excellent product-i love the scrolling and look. However I bought this to use with my apple laptop and windows (work) laptop. With windows, the scrolling doesn't work-i tried some extra drivers as well. Also, it's slightly small for my hands and finally the charging port is underneath so you have to turn the mouse upside down to charge so you can't use it whilst charging-don't know why it can't be at the end.

    Apple Premium Product at a Premium Price

    I love Apple products but I wish I didn't feel like I was made to pay top dollar for the privilege. I bought a cheap imitation at the same time as this and although it too works you can tell the difference in the quality of a build. I thought long and hard before I clicked Add to Basket as it is after all only a mouse!
