I bought this product because it is a genuine HP toner cartridge. I buy and use only authorized products on my laser and ink printers because they are reliable, provide better quality and last longer. Authentic products, however, tend to be expensive. They don't go on sale very often at retail stores. There are always bargains to be found on eBay if one takes the time to look. I saved about 50% over retail on this auction.
Unable to use the cartrridge. The printer was printung black pages. I thought the old cartrige was leaking but it is the same with the new cartridge.
