After waiting almost 2 weeks for delivery, I checked the tracking and found that USPS had still not received package from seller. I messaged the seller and asked him/her to check on the package due to the tracking info. Seller responded, accusing me of fraud The next day I initiated a refund with eBay. I responded again explaining the tracking info on my end. 2 days later, I received my refund via eBay.shortly after I received a lengthy apology. The seller inadvertently sent my package elswhere
