The item was lost in shipping which was not the sellers fault but I contacted them three different times to discuss it with no response.

I would leave positive feedback but the shipper used the box the filter came in for shipping which was dented when it arrived. Fortunately the filter was undamaged but it could have easily been crushed with the soft cardboard box it was in. Should have been packed in another box to protect it from damage.
