Ich hatte die 24 V Variante bestellt. Geliefert wurde der Artikel mit der Kennzeichnung für 12V .Das kann passieren. Als ich aber gewagt habe, den Fehler zu reklamieren, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich die Lampe trotzdem mit 24Volt betreiben solle, man sei ja schließlich nur zu zweit und der Bearbeiter sei 68 Jahre alt, arbeite 6,5 Tage/Woche und betreue 3000 Kunden. Eine Entschuldigung kam nicht. Wenn es mir nicht passt, soll ich die Lampe zurück schicken. Kundenbetreuung geht definitiv anders.
