    Post office/person who packed the plastic box in a grey plastic bag taped close to the box needs a lesson on packing items it needed a cardboard box at the very least with some bubble wrap between the inner and outer. Hence Royal Mail then managed to break the plastic display box Seller dealt with the issue and adjusted the price due to the damage without asking for a refund which is refreshing these days to get a seller being pro active to comments sent to them This managed to salvage the deal.
