    Entertaining series

    Dr Who with Tom Baker has always been great to watch. PBS used to bring the show on years ago they always had the character played by him. Great to watch!

    Classic for Doctor Who

    Tom Baker's last year playing the Doctor kicked off with this fun little tale, which features a total revamp of the series. The slapstick humor of previous years is gone, and more technical jargon is thrown in to make the show more "hard" science fiction. This isn't the best Doctor Who story, but it has some interesting moments. The alien Foamasi are certainly fun to look at, and the story has a moody feel which can be downright creepy at times. The DVD has several wonderful extras, including a 30 minute piece on the revamping of the series with this episode. It's a must-have DVD for fans of the Classic Doctor Who series, but I wouldn't recommend this story for neophytes to the show.

    A must have for the Doctor Who collector. Tom Baker is one of the favorite Doctors. This is one of the better stories during his long tenure.
