This is the 3rd one I've gotten. I bought mine over a year ago, because the water tasted funny and my dog was getting sick. When I tested it, it registered high 60s. With Zero it's 1 or 2. Then I tested my son's and my sister. His was 79 and her water was 71. Now all 3 are about 1 or 2. The water tastes wonderful, my dog is better, and my sister has a lot fewer headaches. And the morning coffee tastes great. It's a small investment for massive improvement. I have checked out others, I believe this is the best, and so easy to use.This is the 3rd one I've gotten. not complaining...who wants a free new pitcher?
I cannot give a review on the Zerowater pitcher because when it was delivered there was a portion of the bottom torn away and upon opening, discovered the water meter and filter missing. I was given a full refund with no instructions to return the 23 cup pitcher....anyone want an unused pitcher without a filter...let me know and it's yours. Does what it claims to do but might be more costly than you think.
We consider ourselves coffee-connoisseurs and spare no expense when it comes to brewing a perfect cup of coffee. The water itself must be pure, absolutely odorless and tasteless. We had always used the "B" brand before trying the Zerowater filter. I cannot tell the difference between the two but my husband says that he can, and will only purchase the Zerowater product. The accompanying meter measures dissolved solids so that you know, before it becomes obvious by taste or smell, that it is time to replace the filter. We only use filtered water for our coffee as we believe you really need the minerals that the Zerowater filter removes. That said, there are cons. The spigot placement is a problem. When we need filtered water we slide the container forward to the edge of the kitchen counter. You can only dispense water when there is nothing beneath the spigot. Also, the full container squeeks loudly (and annoyingly) as it rubs against the countertop when sliding it back and forth. One more point to consider. We found that if we did not thoroughly clean all parts (allow to air-dry) regularly some rather nasty smelling, invisible to the naked eye, biological thing developed inside and fouled both filter and water. When that happens you end up wasting a filter because it cannot be placed back into service. When we schedule cleaning and filter change monthly we have no problem. The Zerowater product works great but we found that filter changes (with cleaning) comes more often than the good folks at Zerowater claim. You need to consider this if unit costs (each bottle-equivalent) are important to you.

It's a great filter, and the fact that you can control the quantity of particles present so you can understand when to change the filter is really a good addition . I have used this same brand for about 6 years, and it's the second time i had to purchase a replacement for the whole thing.

Cleaner water period
I love my Zero Water this is my third one. My guests has busted two of them already. I just wish that the water pitcher could endure falls. That way it will be more durable an last much longer. An It won't be so expensive when the pitcher breaks. Other then that it's fine...
