Cardigan was covered in pilling this was not in the ad. so much so I considered it unwearable.I contacted seller and she suggested I use a depillar and that she hadn't had time to do it.Finally offered me a refund of $8.79 - this is what was left after she covered postage and her costsI am out of pocket $12.70 and I own a cardigan I can't wear and would not donate to an op shop

All she had to do was buy a depiller with the refund I gave her and she would have had a cardigan to wear and a depiller for other clothes. simple. I lost the cardigan, made no money and she still wants more. Some people are never happy.
