It arrived. Magically in one piece. I'm giving this seller an overall positive review. I love this item, it's in beautiful condition, and was shipped pretty quickly. However... you trust your ups guys way more than I trust mine! I can't believe it came in one piece. I give you a D- on the pack job. I bought a fragile, collectible plate and you 'kinda' wrapped it in thin(!) bubble wrap and then just set it diagonally into a thin cardboard box. Please, for the next buyer, do better! I lucked out.
