I have been studying alternative health for a couple of years and didn't find a whole lot new in this book. A few things I took issue with: repetitively urging people to give up their pets, encouraging people to drink tap water, suggesting boiling yoghurt/all dairy, telling people to stay away from apple cider vinegar and the dietary advice is pretty poor in relation to food combining. There's also nothing in here about glyphosate (that I noticed) and she doesn't even acknowledge the huge emotional component to disease causation. Some of the stuff on parasites is definitely interesting, but I have read much, much better books on health. Healing with Whole Foods is still my Bible.

I have struggled with a 'mystery' illness for over 20 years and recently, through MY OWN research, came upon the idea of hidden parasites and bacteria (I've actually tested positive in the md office for parasites various times and have had chronic strep bacterial infections). They have proven that parasites and bacteria can hide in your body and opportunitistically resurface at other times (sometimes many years later), especially when your immune system is low. I am an RN, but what I have found in traditional western medicine is that most doctors only look for the obvious, and they want to fix everything with a pill. If they can't do that they frequently just tell you it's all "in your head". If you've experienced that, you know what I'm talking about! That said, I first found much of Dr. Clark's info online and felt she had valid ideas. As I researched more, I decided to get this book so I would have all the info in one place. I am glad I did. This book is very interesting and well organized. It goes through a variety of illnesses from head to toe, so you can look up your symptoms and see what she thinks is the cause of it. She also tells you how to 'cure' each illness. While I'm not sure I agree with everything she says (after awhile it can make you a little paranoid about EVERYTHING you eat or touch!) it has helped me immensely with my 'mystery' illness. I bought a zapper (though she tells you how you can make one in her book) and use it regularly because her theory about electrical current and using it to kill bacteria/parasites/viruses makes sense to me. I have also done the parasite cleanse, colon cleanse, and liver cleanse...all with TREMENDOUS results...just as she says. Tremendous meaning that the results were as she describes in her book, and also they have improved my health. My 'guts' haven't felt this good in YEARS!!!! I am not totally 'cured' yet, but I don't expect 20 years of health issues to be cleared up in a month's (or even 6 or 7 month's) time. I have also been doing a few other things I have researched, so her book is only part of 'my program', but it has been a very valuable part! My only word of caution is that killing parasites and bacteria is real and can intitially make you sicker as they die off, so it is VERY important to keep the kidneys and bowels working to flush them out (ie drink lots of water)!!!!!!!! Dr. Clarks list of reliable sources is also useful. I am glad I got this book, and will probably get some of Dr. Clarks other books in the future. She recently died in Sept 2009 at age 80. Her work is controversial, and while she may not be right about everything she says (who is?) I believe she has valid points. Research it yourself and decide.Read full review
I knew it was used and expected wear and tear as well as markings. Should have been noted that it had liquid spilt all over it. I haven't even wanted to read it. That's nasty to me and a total deal killer. I wouldn't have bought it had I known. I want to throw it in the trash.

A friend recently called our attention to "A Cure for All Diseases", more importantly the "zapper". It is an interesting concept and well worth the cost of the book and the zapper, and then using the zapper. We spend a lot more than the cost of these two items on other frivolous things in life. I was amazed at how easy it was to find both items on the Internet. The book is well worth the read and has the design to draw your own zapper, if you are electronically inclined. Our bodies are full of parasites and unwanted other alien particles. Let's zap them, get rid of them, have better health and quality of life. It's worth the try. Thank you, Amazon, for offering this item on your website.
