The seller (Fastwrecks Auto Parts) was very generous and fair with me. I purchased a used item that seller had no way of knowing if it worked properly and clearly indicated that returns were not accepted. It turns out the item did not work properly but had every sign that it should have, being in the original packaging. Without having two, they have agreed to refund half the purchase price. I would to business with them again.
