Item was not as described (stains, holes, missing parts) and seller agreed to combine shipping with another item multiple times but never adjusted or refunded the shipping costs after being asked repeatedly.
Then has the balls to pretend both items weren't returned when they absolutely were and USPS tracking confirms it.
