Very pleased with the item BUT packaging was terrible - a precision instrument just wrapped in a plastic bag! It was delivered with a smashed case. I tried to ask the seller for a partial refund just to cover the cost of repairing the case. I was offered a refund if I returned, but by this time I had sent the level off to be calibrated (£55+vat). I have just spoken to an eBay representative who suggested that a neutral feedback would be appropriate.
