Best Grippy Case for Note 5
Slim, lightweight, and sweet looking, this case's best attribute is the grip! Goes on and comes off easily, it protects all the key components and all ports are wide (the charging port and audio jack are actually larger than other cases I own). In case you were wondering, the bottom mic has a small channel access as part of the speaker opening. The only con, and it's a preferential thing, is that the hard plastic areas are glossy, attracting fingerprints and scratches. But that's the point - it's a case that's supposed to prevent and protect those from happening to your $700 phone. Candyshell offers great protection, it's very durable, actually has a bit of a bounce to it when it hits the ground. It even protects the screen because of how the edge is raised, I have dropped my phone many times face down on a hard surface and have yet to crack a screen. Really great brand of phone cases!!
My husband is hard on phones and the only ones that would protect his phone looked awful.. now his phone looks cool and he has dropped it and it's fine! Considering all the screens he's cracked and phones he's ruined this is awesome plus he doesn't have to lug around a huge case 3 pieces and all that nonsense! It's perfect for the working man, or woman or if you just drop your phone a lot.. but getting a tempered glass screen is still recommended with it.. hope this helps if you're trying to decide between brands.. I've had several of these cases on three of my phone so far.
I think this is my 5th or 6th case by this company and I've had them on three or four of my cell phones and normally there anywhere from $25 to $30 and they're worth it but when I found this one and it was only like $6 on eBay I purchase it immediately. It's on my phone now and works perfectly just like all the others in the past.
