I'm sorry for your experience. I know it sucks to have a communication issue that costs me money, so I empathize with you; however, your feedback is lacking in context. On Dec. 5 I sent a second message where I told you I had been out sick with COVID-19. I told you I would have your stuff out as soon as possible. In a brain fog, I charged you twice.
