    I was most disappointed. The seller and I negotiated a price on the item and I bought it. Then after 10 days of not having it mailed, I contacted the seller. He said, he could not find it. What’s up with that? Although he gave me a refund, he never should have put the photo up for sale, and negotiated a price if he had in fact lost the item.
