Just arrived, it'll be a while before I can get it installed. Looks to be in overall good condition on the outside. Typical east coast rust on the steel bits, but not complaining. Seller was horrible about communicating! Took two weeks to get an answer to a simple question. If you have ANY questions about an item, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
