Takes days to respond , took over a week to get here just a shambles from start to finish for something that was £150+ . Asked to arrange collection and replace with the correct one and just ignorance and distant replied that only seem to arrive after 9pm at night. Go with someone else instead of these cowboys . £150 wasted

    With due respect I have seen photos attached and realised we sent correct mats according to the listing and description as you can see it's a sing side door cut which is correct you customised your vehicle's floor that's the reason this doesn't fit in. We also offer you if you want us to send without cut out we can post therefore you need to pay for postage on both sides as it's not on our end which you refused. Hope you understand our point of view. Regards
