A great sounding delay
I was planning on getting a digital delay to add to my Carbon Copy but they all are a bit sterile and brittle sounding, even the very good Strymond's. They kill some of the natural warmth of a good tube amp. So when I found the Bright model CC, I knew that is what I really wanted to stack with the standard version. It has a clearer tone for the repeats and yet is warm and lush. The tap tempo is not there however but I can dial in the delay that sounds very natural and being a little off beat is fine with me since real echo is not on beat. The YouTube demos are all digital, so you really cannot hear the warmth difference as much as playing it live.
