Arrived on time was a sealed package but had a strap missing. Contacted the seller very helpful. Explained that they come from the manufacture sealed to him. He opened another one and set a picture of the straps from that box to confirm that was the correct part. I conformed it was and he immediately sent in in the post. Great service
