I chose to purchase these as they were the colors and striped that I always buy when I can find them. When the package arrived and I opened it, no stripes and different colors. I contacted the seller right away but did not get a reply until my second message. There answer was that the packages are different, this is deceiving to me and not happy.

It's fully lined, wool not felt, and designed as shown in the photo. There are a lot of hat scammers on the internet. New Epoch Hats are not one of them.
We'll be doing business with them again, as we play in jazz bands, and hats are almost mandatory. These cats have a good company going.
