I wanted a cell phone that was better than the Kyocera E4710 I had for about a year, and was very hard to use. This seemed to be a great replacement, reading all the reviews. This is supposed to be an AT&T Cingular flip IV U102AA. I ordered a replacement back up battery for this phone, using all the information above. When the battery arrived, it would not come close to fitting, and it had been listed as a battery for that phone. I did research into it, and it is an AT&T Cingular flip, model EA211101, not the U102AA. I ordered a battery that would fit this phone and I'm perfectly happy with it now. I would like to give it ***** but had a lot of trouble with the new battery.

This is described as being a "senior phone, easy to use", but it isn't at all. I've owned and used flip phones since 2002 and this is the most complicated, counter-intuitive phone I've ever owned. It will not make calls unless it can connect to an internet signal, so unless you're in a location with a strong cellular internet signal or in a building with free wifi, you can't make a call. It's nearly impossible to save a number to contacts. I could go on at length about how this clunky, thick flip phone is hard to use, but suffice it to say to my fellow old folks, keep your current flip phone and give this one a miss.
