Seller advertised the radios as used in the listing, but should have been listed as parts/not working” as both needed costly repairs . Ebay defines “used “ as operational and the items were not. I contacted seller to see if he would be willing to do a partial refund due to the incorrect listing of the items, but only got a “sorry “ and hidden in his listing was the fact that the radios might need work. I would not recommend buying from this seller.

This is not true. The listing was accurate he failed to read it properly. He told me that they required fix to work. I said sorry but didn't know if they worked. I was selling (2) unit for less than the price of one originally. Then accepted an offer $50 less then asking price. He then notified he wanted a good faith partial refund for a positive feedback which is against the policy. Then if you look at items he listed, he sells CB radios. So was he gonna give me any of his profits, I think not.
